1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PixelEasyy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
PixelEasyy provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Graphic Design (logos, branding, social media graphics)
- Website Design & Development
- Video Editing
- Social Media Marketing
- Digital Marketing & SEO
3. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: 50% advance payment required before project commencement
- Final Payment: Remaining 50% due upon project completion
- Recurring Services: Monthly services billed in advance
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
- Late Payments: Services may be suspended for payments overdue by 7 days
4. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
- Project complexity and scope
- Client feedback and revision requests
- Timely provision of required materials by client
- Unforeseen technical challenges
5. Revisions Policy
- Each project includes specified number of revision rounds
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Major scope changes will be quoted separately
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and materials
- Respond to queries and feedback requests promptly
- Make timely payments as per agreement
- Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
- Not use delivered work for illegal purposes
7. Intellectual Property
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables
- Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio
- Source Files: Provided only if specified in project agreement
- Third-Party Assets: Licenses for stock images/fonts are client's responsibility unless specified
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent.
9. Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Refunds considered only if we fail to deliver as per agreement
- Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete projects (at our discretion)
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 7 days notice
10. Limitation of Liability
PixelEasyy shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Third-party claims arising from client's use of deliverables
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:
- Client pays for work completed up to termination date
- Advance payments are non-refundable
- All work-in-progress remains our property until full payment
12. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results from our services.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
